• Purchase items worth RM500 either in a single receipt or multiple receipts within the 1 st month after signing up as a member and get your commissions refunded into your account.

• Two (2) copies of our latest catalogue, business plan and a sales kit will be given to you for free upon registration.

• You will make a purchase of Sonali Products at members’ price and you will be expected to sell at customers’ price. The difference in price is yours to keep.

• Automatic participation into our annual incentive programmes.

• You as a member will be allowed to exchange either the sizes or the design of your purchases within two (2) weeks for outstation members and one (1) week for local member. However, the exchange must be made from the same catalogue or previous catalogues.

• To speed up your purchase, you will be allowed to purchase your products not only from SONALI HEAD OFFICE, KL but also from any of our branches, registered Stockists and Regional Distributors around Malaysia and Singapore. However, you have to show your valid membership card.

DISTRIBUTOR REQUIREMENTS

• Monthly sales of at least RM 3,000.00.

• If you fail to maintain a sale of RM3,000 for three (3) consecutive months your distributorship will automatically cease and you will become a member once again.

• Subject to approval of application.

• You must recruit at least 20 members under you with a minimum of at least 4 new members a month.

NOTE :

• All distributors must be officially registered with SONALI HEAD OFFICE, KL However, this information will be strictly confidential and will be used only to facilitate the production of membership cards and other marketing promotions.

• All completed membership forms must be sent to SONALI PRODUCTS (M) Sdn Bhd within 14 days of registration.

• Renewal forms filled up should be updated with the correct contact details.

• If you have an intention to operate from shop / office prior written approval from HQ must be obtained.

 

BENEFITS

• You will get a certain number of catalogues free in addition to the amounts allocated for your members. The number of free catalogues depends on the quantum of sales reached (refer to chart attached).

• You purchase at members price and you will be expected to sell at customer’s price. The difference in price is yours to keep. In addition, you will receive extra commission based on the sales achieved (see chart attached herewith).

• All commissions will be paid to you at the end of the month via cheque from SONALI HEAD OFFICE, KL.

• Every subsequent member registered will receive a sales kit and for every valid registration you will receive 2 free catalogues.

• If you maintain a monthly sale of RM8,000.00 you will be included in all our other advertisements.

• If you maintain the required sale amount every month your name and contact number shall appear in all forthcoming catalogues of Sonali.

• You will be the privileged few entitled to take part in super buys or promotions held at Head Quarters.

• You will be entitled to purchase Sonali's souvenir items, plastic bags or free gifts at discounted or subsidized rates.

STOCKIST REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum sales RM 25,000.00 to RM 49,999.00.

• Must recruit at least 100 members under you.

• If you fail to maintain your sales for six (6) consecutive months, your position will automatically cease and you will become a distributor once again.

• Subject to approval of application and signing of Stockist Service and Ethics Agreement.

• You must recruit at least 8 members a month.

• If you have an intention to operate from shop / office prior written approval from HQ must be obtained.

 

BENEFITS

• Stockist will receive RM5.00 for every valid membership registration submitted to Head Office (not valid during promotion).

• You will be given 40 Catalogues free in addition to the amounts allocated for your members.

• Each Stockist that achieves a sales of RM 35 000.00 per month per product catalogue will be invited to become a member of the Top Performers Club. As such, they will enjoy certain club benefits.

REGIONAL REPRESENTATIVE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum sales RM 50,000.

• If you do not maintain the minimum sale for 6 consecutive months your position as Regional Representative will cease and you will automatically become a stockist again.

• Must possess a Shop or Office for the promotion of Sonali Products (M) SDN.BHD and it’s products.

• You cannot sell any other product besides Sonali.

• Must recruit at least 200 members under you to help you attain the sales target.

• Must enter into an official Regional Representative Service and Ethics Agreement.

• Must recruit at least 15 new members on a monthly basis.

• Appointment depends on geographical area. It is solely at the discretion of the Management of Sonali Products (M) Sdn .Bhd.

• All Regional Representatives are automatically members of the Top Performers Club.
